Luckily for Chole caught the eye of a modeling agency that was scouting the games for attractive female athletes, they would have offered her a bigger contract if she would have won but still 2 years later Clole did live her boyhood dream of being on the cover of Sports Illustrated, sort of it was the swimsuit edition and she was in a bikini. One of the photos inside was her being in some sexy poses with the team captain of the gold medal Canadian hockey team. He took a liking to Clole and asked her out, she said yes unsure why "I've never been attracted to men before, have I?"
